Shipping Methods:

- Standard Shipping with Evri: This is our most cost-effective shipping method. It typically takes 2-5 business days for your order to arrive at your doorstep.
- Express Shipping with Evri: If you need your items sooner, you can opt for our express shipping option. With express shipping, your order will be delivered within 1-2 business days.
- Royal Mail Tracked 48: Another cost-effective option but with another trusted courier of ours. Typically arrives in 2 business days.
- Royal Mail Tracked 24: Our best and quickest shipping method, typically arrives next working day.
- International Shipping: We also offer international shipping for our customers outside of the United Kingdom. Please note that international shipping times may vary depending on the destination.
- We also offer an Add-On service to add-on to your order pre-dispatch. This option is ONLY to be used if you have an open order with us that hasn’t been dispatched, if this is used outside these terms we will contact you to pay your shipping or your order will be refunded.
Shipping Costs:
Our shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and dimensions of your order, as well as the shipping method selected. You can view the shipping cost for your specific order at the checkout page before completing your purchase. We strive to provide transparent and competitive shipping rates to ensure you get the best value for your money.
Order Processing Time:
Once you place an order with us, our dedicated team works diligently to process, hand make and pack your items. We aim to ship out all orders within 1-4 weeks (excluding weekends). Please note that during peak seasons or promotional periods, order processing times may be slightly longer. Rest assured, we do our best to get your order on its way to you as quickly as possible and will contact you if there is a delay with your order.
Order Tracking:
We understand the importance of being able to track your order. That's why we provide order tracking for all shipments. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your package and get real-time updates on its whereabouts.
Shipping Restrictions:
While we strive to offer shipping services to as many locations as possible, there may be certain restrictions due to legal or logistical reasons. If we are unable to ship to your desired location, we will notify you during the checkout process. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.
